Steering gear units for various types of vessels, from inland vessels to
large container carriers, were part of KGW's core competence for more than
30 years. During this period, more than 5,000 steering gear units were delivered
from Schwerin and put into service on vessels worldwide.
Even though we ceased designing own steering gear units to focus on the energy and
environment field of business we offer our comprehensive maritime know-how of more
than 3 decades for the manufacture of steering gear with 2 or 4 cylinders as job orders
on the basis of customer specifications. |
